All plants come in standard plasitc pots. If you wish to upgrade to a premium pot, you may for an additional fee. Additional fees depend on the premium pot you wish to purchase. If you wish to have your premium pots separated, as in no plants planted inside, you may— just let us know!

What's your refund/replacement policy?

We have a 3-day no return policy rule. Should you wish to replace or return plants, you may do so within three days upon receiving your plants.We do not accept return or refund after three days. It is important that you must check your plants upon arrival. But no worries, because more often than not, we give you healthy and in good condition plants!

Could I place multiple orders with different shipping locations?

Yes, you could. Please do note that multiple shipping locations will still vary on each location's shipping rates. If you wish to have them sent as a gift, let us know so we may write a love note with your gift.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is. We have a minimum order of Php 500— shipping fee is excluded.

I'll only avail the pots and add-ons, could this be shipped right away?

Yes, you may. As long as your orders are not plants, your orders can be arranged as same day delivery.

Why do my plants look different from the photo?

Plants are like humans who have their own sense of beauty. Some factors could also weigh into the difference seen with the plant you received. Such factors could be where the plants were located and how they receive a certain amount of water and sunlight.

How to place an order?

Go to our Shop, choose your plant babies, check them out, fill up our order forms, and wait for your new plants to arrive on the next weekend!

Do you have discounts?

Aside from our on-going promos, we give loyalty perks to our sukis! Hit us up so we can generate a discount coupon for you!

What is your mode of payment?

We accept paymets through GCash, Online Bank transfers.

Do you accept COD?

As much as we limit payments only through online transfers, we could accept COD as long as you send us a valid ID.

Shipping

When is the delivery?

For convenience, delivery is done during the weekends. Make sure to place orders before 9AM on Fridays to receive your orders within the weekend. Every Friday night, we will reach out regarding your scheduled delivery.

Could I ship through a third party courier?

We care for your plants that we highly discourage them being exposed in a 70kph polluted air or even so placed in a insulated box. If your orders are only pots and plates, or non plant related items, you may book a third party courier.

Could I pick up my plants instead of having it delivered?

Yes, this can be arranged. Please do let us know as we will coordinate at which location your plants could be picked up.

Could I schedule for delivery?

Yes, you could. Just let us know when you wish your plats to be delivered or picked-up.

I see that there's quite a huge difference between the shipping fee of this city and my city. My city is walking distance from this city— could I possibly get a discount?

If, let's say, your location is border of Quezon City and Manila, we could settle for a discounted shipping fee.

Where are you located?

We are located in Paranaque and we do deliveries within Metro Manila and Cavite areas only.
